FEE STRUCTURE AND GUARANTEE We provide a proposal of a standard “Agreement” outlining the Terms and Conditions of our work.

RETAINED SEARCH:

We are provided an agreed upon fee for our services with our contract agreement.

CONTINGENT SEARCH:
|
Where we are paid our fee “contingent” upon the placement. We generally require an engagement fee to support a contingent search agreement. |
CONSULTING:
|
We provide consulting services, salary studies, succession planning, event talks, corporate strategies, etc., by project or hourly basis.
|
GUARANTEE:
|
We provide a 90 day guarantee of our placements. If one of our placements should leave employment “for cause” we will provide a replacement search for no additional fees. |
