Robert Pfaendler and his associates have been serving the financial industry since 1991, providing professional executive search and recruitment, as well as assisting in succession planning and consulting.

With three full time offices in Oregon, our firm utilizes a proprietary database of professionals in all mid-management to executive level disciplines, plus an extensive network of personal contacts.

Our recruiting associates are experienced, with successful career backgrounds of over 50 years, in the financial industry we represent. This level of experience allows them to generate the very best in high performance candidates, which result in successful placements.

We offer executive search and recruiting through a retained search assignment or by “contingency” search placements.
