We may assist in developing specific position descriptions.

We first identify and target individuals who may fit into our market. We are not a mailing house or job board. “We look for the happily employed.” We then contact and screen potential candidates to determine prospective finalists. We may provide personal interviews of final selections.

We assist in negotiations, development of a job offer and presentation. We will also assist in relocation including a discussion regarding family needs and preferences.

Our work does not stop at the placement. We follow up to maintain and continue to monitor our placement. We want a win-win for all concerned!
