Mr. Pfaendler has 35 plus years of hands on experience in both large and small institutions. He has been president of three different community banks, and was most recently a Director of Private Banking for Seafirst Bank and Bank of America, Oregon.

Jennifer K. Heimuller is an Executive Recruiter for the Robert Pfaendler Co., specializing in the financial industries. Jennifer joined the firm in 2008.

Jennifer brings over 15 years of administrative and Human Resources experience to the Pfaendler Co. Having worked in the Engineering field, Medical field, Real Estate and Public School District, she brings integrity, honesty, and a commitment to find the “right” candidate for the “right” opportunity.

In her spare time, Jennifer enjoys skiing and travelling with her family and is a parent volunteer in the school district where her sons attend. She is also a volunteer and firm believer in Oregon Adaptive Sports (OAS) that brings sport activities to individuals of all ages with special needs.
